Week ahead: Colomans Plea Hearing

Coloman, former member of the Reconnaissance Squad with the Seventh Muslim Brigade of the Army of BiH, who is charged with having killed three persons in the Youth Centre in Poculice village on April 24, 1993, is due to enter his plea on Tuesday, August 19.
On Monday, August 18 the State Prosecution will request the Court of BiH to order prohibiting measures against Ekrem Ibracevic, who is charged with crimes in Srebrenik. Ibracevic is charged, along with Faruk Smajlovic and Sejdalija Covic, with crimes against Serb civilians, who were detained in Rapatnica local community premises and at the local football stadium.
On that same day new State Prosecution witnesses are due to be examined at the trial of Savo Tepic, Dragoslav Bojic, Dusko Vujicic, Dusko Maksimovic, Radojko Keverovic, Rade Skoric and Ilija Kurusic, who are charged with crimes against Bosniaks and Croats in Kotor-Varos.
The trial for crimes against Serb detainees in Dretelj detention camp is due to continue on Tuesday with examination of Edib Buljubasics Defence witness. Those crimes are charged upon Buljubasic, Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic.
On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Aleksandar Cvetkovic for genocide in Srebrenica, Oliver Krsmanovic for crimes in Visegrad, as well as Goran Vujovic, Miroslav Duka, Nedjeljko Kuljic and Zeljko Ilic, who are charged with crimes in Bileca.
The trial of Marinko and Zoran Bjelica, and Novica Tripkovic, who are charged with crimes in Kalinovik, is due to continue on Monday and Wednesday, when material evidence will be presented and new Prosecution witnesses examined.
The trial of Dragan Sekaric, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, is due to continue before the Court of BiH on Monday next week, while the continuation of the trial of Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian-Nicolae Vintila is planned for Monday and Tuesday.
The trial of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in the Hadzici area, is due to continue on Monday with reading of statements given by Prosecution witnesses. The trial of the eight indictees continues on Thursday, August 21 as well.
The continuation of the trial of Vitomir Rackovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, is scheduled for Wednesday. One day later the trials are due to continue in the case against Nihad Bojadzic for crimes in Jablanica, as well as Nikola Maric, who is charged with murders and torture of Bosniaks in Prozor.
The continuation of the trials of Vehid Subotic for crimes in the Zenica area, as well as Ibro Macic for crimes in Konjic, is planned for Friday.
